He tells a story about a customer needing shirts in just a couple of days, and how they were able to pull that off, because of the dedication of Bahama Joe's staff.
"We also provide service from concept to completion," says Mosteller. "We have designers that can work with the concept you have and help visualize what you're looking for."
And there's really no sign of the company slowing down. Bahama Joe's is working on a new, consolidated facility in Garden City that will allow the company to meet the growing needs of the community.
"We currently have production facilites on Bay Street and in Pooler," says Mosteller. "But the new facility will allow us to bring everything and everyone together under one roof."
Which is good news in more ways than one. Both Mosteller and Chapman say their workers embrace the company's family-style work environment, which is a testamet to their level of service.
"Right now, our average length of employment is at nine years," says Chapman. "That really says something about the environment here, and what it's like to work here with a great group of people who really enjoy doing what they do."
Account representative Claudia Flores agrees: "We have a great time here. No matter the project, we all pitch in to help out. At the end of the day, we're a family and a team. It's what makes working here a passion for all of us."
