“A little cat. Friski. She’s a white, female cat. Seven years old.
I’ve been 10 years in Savannah. I worked for a printing company for four years. I cleaned houses, too. For six or seven years, I’ve had Mr. Bronze.
What he does: I clean everything that’s bronze—chandeliers and candelabras, chimney screens and fireplace accessory cleaning also. And brass and silver cleaning.
It is a good business. I am very happy with my business. I work with good people from The Landings, Tybee Island, Savannah, Also Beaufort and Bluffton.
I work for myself only. Maybe in the future I’ll have more.
Why you’re successful: Because my customers are very happy when I finish my work. When I finish the job, the bronze becomes gold. Beautiful.
“I respect my customers, and they respect me.”
Moving to the United States from Peru and becoming a citizen May 22, 2017, in Charleston, S.C.
best professional achievement
I cleaned the screen of a fireplace, a chain screen. I’ve got to tear it (apart), unscrew every part and clean it. Everything has to be polished with a buffer.
my best teacher
Mr. Beatty Maxwell from Savannah. He’s a nice person. I appreciate him very much for teaching me (to clean bronze).
Beatty’s business? He sells marble stones for the garden.
To keep working in this great country. (Also) I plan to buy more buffers, more machines.
tips to other businesses

What to avoid
Lying to customers.
